About the Position

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process tissue samples for histological examination.
• Maintain equipment and instruments in proper working order.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Operate microtome and other laboratory equipment as needed.
• Assist in the development of new techniques and protocols.
• Collaborate with pathologists, lab technicians, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Histotechnology, Biology, or a related field.
• ASCP Histologist certification or eligibility.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in histology or a related field.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
