About the Role
EHOSS is looking for an HR specialist to work with our people and projects in several European countries - somebody who combines recruitment, personnel administration and a practical knowledge of employment law, and adapts quickly to what each European jurisdiction requires. You will stay with an employee through every stage, from the search and the hire to their paperwork, their working conditions and the law being kept at their workplace. It is not only a recruiter’s post: an important part of it is knowing what happens to a person beyond the documents - in the office, in production and on EHOSS’s other sites - and making sure the requirements and standards set for each of those places are kept.

- Setting up and keeping employees’ personnel files
- Drafting employment contracts, amendments, internal orders and other HR documents
- Keeping HR paperwork flowing and employee information up to date
- Employment law and HR requirements in a number of European countries
- Learning the employment law of other European countries quickly, and applying it in practice
- Working with local consultants, accountants and legal specialists where needed
- Making sure the rules on working conditions, working time, documentation and workplace organisation are kept
- Overseeing HR and organisational processes in the office and at production sites alike
- Onboarding new employees, and making sure they complete the briefings and training required
- Supporting department heads on HR questions
- Keeping the HR database, reporting and HR analytics
- Helping develop and improve EHOSS’s internal HR processes and standards
Requirements
- At least two years in HR, recruitment or personnel administration
- Hands-on experience finding and recruiting candidates on your own
- Experience with personnel documentation and employment contracts

- Readiness to learn the law and HR requirements of other European countries quickly
- Handling a large number of tasks and keeping several projects under control at once
- Attention to detail, responsibility and a high level of organisation
- Confident with MS Office, Excel / Google Sheets and HR systems
- Strong communication skills, and ease working with people of different nationalities
- Resolving HR and organisational matters on your own
An advantage:
- HR work in several European countries
- EU employment law beyond Slovakia
- International recruitment
- Manufacturing companies and blue-collar roles
