About the Position
Mirko Solutions continues growing rapidly, so now we are looking for a proactive and ambitious HR Manager. You will be responsible for developing human capital to support the business growth of the company.
We are ready to consider candidates without prior experience, but with a great desire to learn! Please note: the position requires work only in the Lutsk office!
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Manage the employee lifecycle: onboarding, 1:1 meetings, skills and salary reviews, offboarding, exit interviews, etc.
- Participate in recruitment processes.
- Be responsible for planning and conducting company events.
- Improve existing HR processes with the team.
- Support the company’s culture and atmosphere.
Requirements
What we expect from the new HR Manager:
- Strong desire to develop in the HR/Recruitment field.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and the full recruitment cycle.
- At least Intermediate+ level of English (both written and verbal).
- High level of communication and multitasking skills.
Nice to Have
Will be a plus:
- Completed courses or previous experience as HR manager / HR generalist / Recruiter.
- Understanding of the most common IT areas, frameworks, and languages.
- Experience in negotiations, ability to help with employee problems.
- Knowledge of labor legislation.

- Working hours from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, lunch break from 14:00 to 15:00.
