About the Position
Mirko Solutions is seeking a proactive HR Manager to join our team in Lutsk, Ukraine, focusing on developing human capital and supporting business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage the employee lifecycle: onboarding, 1:1 meetings, skills and salary reviews, offboarding, exit interviews, etc.
- Participate in recruitment processes.
- Be responsible for planning and conducting company events.
- Improve existing HR processes with the team.
- Support the company’s culture and atmosphere.
Requirements
- Strong desire to develop in HR/Recruitment field.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and the full recruitment cycle.
- At least Intermediate+ level of English (both written and verbal).
- High level of communication and multitasking skills.
Nice to Have
- Completed courses or previous experience as HR manager / HR generalist / Recruiter.
- Understanding of the most common IT areas, frameworks, and languages.
- Experience in negotiations, ability to help with employee problems.
- Knowledge of labor legislation.

- Working hours from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, lunch break from 14:00 to 15:00.
