We offer a full range of services for the development and maintenance of websites, platforms, CRM, and applications for Android and iOS. Our company specializes in business automation, particularly in the healthcare, e-commerce, event organization, education, and other sectors.

We continue to grow rapidly, so we are currently looking for a proactive Sales Lead Generation Manager. This is a great opportunity to start and grow in IT.

Responsibilities

• Creating and executing a strategic sales plan to expand the client base and global reach;
• Searching for and establishing contact with potential clients;
• Initial outreach (email, LinkedIn, Facebook, Upwork, etc.);
• Analyzing key performance indicators;
• Scheduling meetings for sales managers.

Requirements

• Open to considering and training beginners from the city of Lutsk or those with at least one year of experience in a similar role from other cities;
• Skills in cold lead generation in the B2B segment;
• Analytical thinking and strong research skills;
• Strong business communication and sales writing skills;
• Proficient written communication;
• Intermediate+ level of English (knowledge of other languages is a plus);
• Results-oriented.
