About the Position
We are seeking a goal-oriented ІТ Sales Manager to refine sales techniques and improve intercultural communication skills in Lutsk, Ukraine.
Position Objective
- Represent our company with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings;
- Identify consumer needs and determine how our solutions meet them;
- Achieve company goals through effective planning, setting sales targets, analyzing performance data, and forecasting future outcomes;
- Continuously develop personal leadership, recruitment, and training skills, ensuring the team effectively uses sales tactics to reach profitable goals;
- Generate leads and build and maintain client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the client base and increase global reach;
- Meet with potential clients and build long-term relationships by understanding their needs;
- Monitor, analyze, and communicate key metrics and business trends related to partnerships;
- Work effectively to uphold company standards by conducting daily team meetings to set daily goals and regularly monitor progress;
- Manage end-of-month and end-of-year closing processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT sales (preferably outsourcing);
- Proven track record in sales, from planning to closing;
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and best practices;
- Experience in setting sales goals;
- Results-oriented with high analytical skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- English proficiency at B2-C2 level.

Working Conditions
- We operate standard business hours, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00, with a lunch break from 14:00 to 15:00;
