About the Position
A digital marketing agency is looking for an HR Recruiter to help build a strong team of specialists in PPC, affiliate marketing, creative production, and analytics. Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates for roles including PPC Specialists, Affiliate Managers, Sales Managers, Designers, and Analysts
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and candidate evaluations
- Maintain candidate database and update statuses in CRM/ATS systems
- Collaborate with team leads to clarify job requirements
- Post vacancies on relevant platforms (Djinni, Work.ua, LinkedIn, Telegram channels)
- Contribute to building the company’s HR brand: manage pages, content, and event participation
- Support onboarding and probation period adaptation for new hires
- Prepare recruitment and HR metrics reports
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a recruiter or HR specialist
- Understanding of digital marketing and key agency roles
- Experience with CRM/ATS systems (e.g., Hurma, CleverStaff, Zoho Recruit)
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Ability to manage large volumes of information and respond quickly
- Fluent in Ukrainian
- English suitable for business communication
- Experience with Telegram communities, LinkedIn, and networking is a plus
