HR / Recruiter

About the Position

We are looking for an HR / Recruiter for Mirko Solutions.

Our team is a collaboration of talented, fun, and sincere people ready to work towards results. Mirko is engaged in the development of mobile and web applications, cloud solutions, and offers integrated software solutions in UX/UI, JavaScript, PHP, and Mobile (Android and iOS). We provide outsourcing and outstaffing services to companies worldwide.

Please note: This position is office-based only in Lutsk.

Responsibilities

• Screening candidates (finding, verifying, and engaging with candidates in the recruitment process for various IT positions). This includes prioritizing and improving recruitment channels, processes, and strategies to fill vacancies efficiently.

Required Skills

• Higher education in HR, psychology, business, or a related field;
• Understanding of recruitment and personnel selection processes;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with potential candidates;
• Results-oriented mindset;
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace;
• English at B1 level;
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in similar positions;
• Candidate sourcing skills or HR/Recruitment courses;
• Understanding of popular IT areas, frameworks, and languages for recruitment, such as Frontend (JavaScript, React, Vue) and Backend (Java, Python, Node);
• Experience in negotiations, ability to assist with employee issues, and knowledge of labor laws. Conflict resolution through positive and professional mediation is an essential soft skill.

Working Conditions

• We work standard business hours, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00, with a lunch break from 14:00 to 15:00;
• Stable and competitive compensation (reviewed after six months based on your individual development plan);
• Paid sick leave (10 days per year) and vacation (18 days per year);
• Comfortable office in the city center, equipped with everything necessary for work.
