About the Position

Responsibilities

Ensures the execution of inspections to maintain the safety conditions of plants, equipment, and workplaces across all company areas.
Is responsible for corporate compliance with the PED directive.
Organizes safety training for company personnel, managing both onboarding for new hires and refresher training for current employees.
Compiles accident and near-miss investigations, identifying appropriate corrective actions.
Manages documentation related to Article 26 of Legislative Decree 81/08 and promotes coordination and cooperation with external contractors.
Maintains relations with the Occupational Health Physician and collaborates in planning and conducting workplace inspections.
Collaborates with the team in managing the Safety Management System and renewing certifications such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
Promotes awareness campaigns for personnel on HSE matters.
Provides active support to various operational departments in drafting safety procedures.
Supports the drafting, management, and updating of the Risk Assessment Document (DVR).
Promotes, organizes, and conducts training and/or information sessions for personnel.
Constantly verifies compliance with HSE regulations for all activities carried out within the plant.
Participates in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

University or postgraduate education related to health and safety.
Fluent knowledge of Italian.
Fluent/upper-intermediate (B2) level of English.
Good/excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to self-organize and manage projects (time planning, milestones).
Previous experience in industrial companies is appreciated but not strictly required.
