For our production site in Badia Polesine, we are looking for an HSE Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the execution of inspections to maintain the safety conditions of plants, equipment, and workplaces across all company areas.
• Responsible for corporate compliance with the PED directive.
• Organizes safety training for company personnel, managing both onboarding for new hires and refresher training for current employees.
• Compiles accident and near-miss investigations, identifying appropriate corrective actions.
• Manages documentation related to Article 26 of Legislative Decree 81/08 and promotes coordination and cooperation with external contractors.
• Maintains relations with the Occupational Health Physician and collaborates in planning and conducting workplace inspections.
• Collaborates with the team in managing the Safety Management System and renewing certifications such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Promotes awareness campaigns for personnel on HSE matters.
• Provides active support to various operational departments in drafting safety procedures.
• Supports the drafting, management, and updating of the Risk Assessment Document (DVR).
• Promotes, organizes, and conducts training and/or information sessions for personnel.
• Constantly verifies compliance with HSE regulations for all activities carried out within the plant.
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• University or postgraduate education related to health and safety.
• Fluent knowledge of Italian.
• Fluent/upper-intermediate (B2) level of English.
• Good/excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to self-organize and manage projects (time planning, milestones).
• Previous experience in industrial companies is appreciated but not strictly required.
