CodeTwo is a company that values technology and innovation. We are looking for a passionate Junior Server Systems Administrator to join our IT team in Jelenia Góra.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, development, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems used by CodeTwo, including technologies such as: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Active Directory, Windows Server, SQL Server, Hyper-V, SCVMM, 3CX, Azure DevOps.
• Monitor and maintain the continuity of IT infrastructure and services used in the organization.
• Ensure the security of IT infrastructure and services used by the company.
• Manage the appropriate level of access for CodeTwo employees and external parties to IT infrastructure and services.
• Perform administrative tasks on the computer network.
• Maintain and service workstations and servers.
• Keep records of equipment and inventory.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for IT infrastructure and services used by the company.

Requirements

• Fascination with technology and a desire to develop in IT, supported by at least a basic understanding of planning and implementing IT infrastructure.
• Basic knowledge of computer networks and IT infrastructure based on Microsoft solutions.
• Commitment and professional approach to work – quality is very important to us.
• Independence, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills – be like MacGyver or at least like Jan Paweł from "1670".
• A focus on development and learning – we use many new technologies.
• Proficiency in English to read documentation and communicate with third-party support.
• Excellent knowledge of Polish in speech and writing.
• At least one year of experience in a similar position as a junior or completed internship is welcome.
