About the Position
We are seeking a Hybrid Project Manager / Business Analyst with experience in agile software development to join our climate-focused media platform in a hybrid role.

About the Project
The main product of the project is a platform feedback web application and related mobile systems that allow users to create environmental reviews, interact, and collaborate for free. Key technical and operational features of the project infrastructure:
- Green Infrastructure: Since 2018, the platform has been fully powered by renewable energy sources to minimize its digital carbon footprint.
- Environmentally Conscious Operations: In the broader context of the project's activities, special attention is paid to the reuse of IT equipment, minimizing travel, and prioritizing digital meetings.
- Tech Stack: The development includes a robust infrastructure supporting web and mobile applications, using Python for backend services, DevOps pipelines, React for the frontend, and React Native for cross-platform mobile development.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Delivery Ownership: Role of the main contact person at all stages of the feature lifecycle-from gathering initial requirements to organizing the final release and deployment.
- Requirement Architecture: Formulating structured business requirements, writing clear user stories, and defining strict acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Release and Sprint Planning: Defining sprint goals, distributing tasks among the engineering team, and managing the release calendar to ensure predictable software delivery.
- Process Optimization: Freeing technical management from administrative routines by independently structuring tasks and verifying completed functionality.
Requirements
- Communication: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory for this role.
- Style and Approach: A balanced, structured, and collaborative professional who brings stability to the team; able to effectively turn chaos into clear, manageable workflows.
- Experience: Proven hybrid experience working in PM and BA positions in an agile software development environment, or a strong business analyst with a natural flair for and experience in managing product delivery.
- Skills: Exceptional ability to balance-ability to dive into technical documentation one moment and manage high-level release deadlines the next.
