About the Position

iGaming Supervisor - (11PM - 7AM Shift)

PT Services (Delaware) LLC, part of Playtech - the world's largest online gaming software supplier, is seeking an iGaming Supervisor for our Bensalem, PA location. Join our international team and oversee live game operations, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and providing a professional and engaging experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

Adhere to multi-state Gaming Commission Regulations, PT Services Delaware regulations, and live unit policies and procedures.
Supervise Live Dealers and Shufflers in a live streaming environment.
Correct any Live Dealer and/or Shufflers mistakes promptly.
Demonstrate mastery of all company-offered games.
Ensure studio operations comply with policies and procedures.
Monitor and address technical disruptions in the studio.
Collaborate with management to test and evaluate studio and application performance.
Handle and escalate guests’ complaints professionally.
Maintain a high level of professionalism.
Attend educational events and sessions for professional development.
Support the Site Manager in executing daily operational tasks.
Address inquiries from licensees and players with professionalism.
Fulfill additional duties as directed by management.

Requirements

Education & Experience/Qualifications Required
- High School Diploma / GED.
- At least 21 years of age.
- At least 1 year of Customer Service Experience.
- At least 1 year of Basic to Intermediate Excel proficiency.
- Basic computer skills - MS Office, electronic mail, etc.
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor.
- Ability to deal with potential guest conflicts professionally.
- Ability to deal, sort, shuffle, and count cards.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Punctuality and attention to detail.
- Ability to wear assigned uniforms.
- Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License and a West Virginia Casino Employee Registration.

- Pay Rate: $24 + up to $3 Monthly Performance Bonus
