About the Position
We’re looking for a driven Affiliate Executive to join our team and help scale affiliate campaigns through influencers and content creators. You’ll work closely with KOLs, manage affiliate tracking, and drive performance for client campaigns on various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard influencers, affiliates, and publishers to join the AnyMind affiliate platform.
- Identify micro/macro influencers and content creators with strong affiliate potential.
- Work with the business development team to propose affiliate-based marketing solutions for client campaigns.
- Set up campaign tracking, referral links, and performance KPIs across platforms.
- Negotiate affiliate terms and commission structures to drive ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance in real time, optimize based on conversions, traffic, and CTR.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Provide insights and reports on campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners and support them with creative assets, briefs, and incentive schemes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital campaign management.
- Strong understanding of affiliate platforms, tracking tools (UTM, Bitly, GA4, etc.), and performance marketing strategies.
- Passion for digital media, social platforms, and influencer trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a deadline-driven environment.
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make actionable decisions.
