Innovation Lead

About the Position

FILOSOFIA event group, a team of experienced event organizers operating globally, is looking for an Innovation Lead to manage interactive and technological activities for our event stands. We specialize in supporting the IT, technology, and cryptocurrency industries and are known for our innovative solutions and successful project realizations.

Responsibilities

• Project management of interactive and technological activities for event stands.
• Market research and analysis of new technologies (AR/VR, AI, LED, robotics, etc.).
• Integration of new technologies into stands to create unique visitor experiences.
• Collaboration with the production team to select technologies and ensure technical solutions.
• Working with contractors and technical specialists to manage relationships and databases.
• Onsite control of interactive installations during setup and events.
• Participation in the creative process as a technical expert.
• Creation of technical documentation and specifications for interactive zones.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of interactive technologies: AR, VR, AI, sensory systems, LED screens, kinetics, robotics (e.g., KUKA), pneumatics, lighting.
• Experience in integrating new technologies into exhibition/event projects.
• Project management skills specifically for interactive installations.
• Ability to work with technical contractors: selection, task assignment, result control.
• Knowledge of equipment specifications and compatibility of different systems.
• Practical skills in onsite work: installation, setup, quick resolution of technical issues.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team with production and creative departments.
