About the Position
We're seeking a Stand Exhibition Manager to oversee the design and setup of exhibition stands, ensuring effective brand communication and team coordination.

We specialize in supporting the IT, technology, and cryptocurrency industries, organizing both online and offline events for Ukrainian and international companies. Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, prepare and deliver presentations.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with designers, marketers, technical experts, and external contractors.
- Stand Production: Full responsibility for preparing and organizing exhibition stands from design to installation, providing technical documentation, and logistics.
- Technical Documentation: Review exhibition documentation, study manuals, and submit documents for construction. Knowledge of materials used in production is a plus.
- Budget Management: Control expenses, budget, and task completion within the budget.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in organizing events, specifically exhibition stands.
- Fluent English (B2 level) - the international market requires flexibility.
- Ability to effectively plan, prioritize tasks, and manage time.
- Skills in data analysis and making informed decisions.
- Experience in direct interaction with teams and clients.
- Proficiency in Google Workplace, graphic design software, and project management systems.
- Possession of a laptop.
