About the Position

FILOSOFIA Event Group is seeking a Sales Manager to scale the sales direction, develop new markets, and build long-term relationships with potential clients.

This role combines lead generation, initial sales, networking, and business development.

Responsibilities

1. Client Search and Market Development

Generating leads through cold & warm outreach:
- LinkedIn
- Email
- Facebook
- Other relevant channels
Researching new markets, niches, and potential clients;
Forming and developing a contact base;
Active networking to expand the partner and client network;
Participation in professional exhibitions, conferences, and events.

2. Working with Leads

Processing and qualifying incoming leads;
Conducting initial calls and negotiations;
Identifying client needs;
Collecting and structuring briefs;
Passing information to CPO and Team Leads;
Monitoring the preparation of commercial proposals.

3. Sales and Negotiations

Presenting commercial proposals with sales/team leads;
Conducting negotiations and handling objections;
Supporting the client until contract signing;
Building long-term relationships with potential clients;
Participating in the development of sales scaling strategies.

4. Processes and Analytics

Managing CRM and maintaining data accuracy;
Analyzing the effectiveness of lead generation channels;
Optimizing sales processes;
Setting up effective lead collection and processing;
Finding new opportunities for sales growth and development.

5. Reporting

Preparing weekly reports;
Presenting results at status meetings;
Analyzing:
- Leads
- Deals
- Conversions
- Current sales processes

Requirements

Must-have

Experience in Sales / Lead Generation / Business Development;
Understanding of B2B sales processes;
Experience with CRM systems;
Strong communication and presentation skills;
Proactivity and self-management;
Systematic approach to work;
English - Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher;
Regular business trips abroad.

Nice to Have

Experience in the creative / digital / event industry;
Participation in international trade shows and conferences;
Developed networking skills;
Experience working with international clients.
