About the Position
We are seeking an Integration Developer (.NET + JavaScript) to join our RegTech team in Portugal, developing cloud-based compliance solutions for financial institutions. The customer is a RegTech company providing cloud-based compliance solutions to financial institutions worldwide. They are developing a Microsoft Power Platform-based product that supports AML, KYC, and financial crime prevention processes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across teams
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
- Ensure software stability and reliability
- Analyze and resolve bugs and errors found
- Write comprehensible documentation for developed software
- Recommend improvements in software
- Identify points of poor efficiency and performance within our solutions
- Research and evaluate new tools, frameworks, and testing technologies
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
- Apply strong organizational skills to manage tasks and priorities effectively
- Experience with Power BI and reporting solutions
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong knowledge of .NET /.NET Core and C#
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Platform
- Experience with Power Apps customizations
- Experience developing plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, scripts, and other platform extensions
- Experience with Power Automate and cloud flows
- Good knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Understanding of Power Platform architecture, integrations, platform limitations, and development best practices
- Understanding of unit testing and the software development lifecycle
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned functionality
- Advanced level of English
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Word templates within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based environments
- Previous experience in FinTech, RegTech, AML, KYC, banking, or another regulated industry
- Experience working with sensitive or private customer data
- Experience contributing to business analysis or requirements definition
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
