Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies including ASP.NET, C#, SharePoint, and the Power Platform. The role requires working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment supporting application enhancements, production stability, and modernization initiatives across cloud and on-premise platforms.

The ideal candidate will contribute to full lifecycle development, leverage Azure services, and ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing application delivery.

Responsibilities

• Application Development & Modernization

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using ASP.NET framework, C#, and related Microsoft technologies.
  • Build solutions integrating SharePoint, Office 365, Power Apps, and Power Platform components.
  • Contribute to modernization initiatives by leveraging Azure-native services and cloud-first architectures.

• Data & Backend Development

  • Optimize SQL queries and manage database schemas using Entity Framework Core.
  • Apply best practices in LINQ, query projections, and indexing for high performance and scalability.
  • Ensure efficient data access and performance tuning across SQL Server databases.

• Cloud & Integration Development

  • Design and implement solutions using Azure services such as Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
  • Develop RESTful APIs to support frontend applications and system integrations.
  • Enable secure communication and authentication using modern authentication frameworks.

• Application Lifecycle & DevOps

  • Participate in full software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Work with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) to enable automated build and release processes.
  • Ensure proper version control, code quality, and deployment practices.

• Collaboration & UI Integration

  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to integrate frontend solutions (React/Angular).
  • Work closely with stakeholders, operations teams, security teams, and external vendors.
  • Support cross-functional project delivery in Agile environments.

• Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement

  • Investigate and resolve application and production issues through structured root cause analysis (RCA).
  • Implement durable fixes and support ongoing platform upgrades and enhancements.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, performance benchmarks, and security guidelines.

Requirements

• Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Experience:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience with 3+ years of overall IT experience.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience with: ASP.NET /.NET Framework / .NET Core, C# development, Entity Framework Core, and LINQ.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with database design and optimization.

• Cloud & Platform Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure services including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate.
  • Exposure to SharePoint and Office 365 environments.

• DevOps & Agile:

  • Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based version control.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum.

• Additional Skills:

  • Understanding of security principles, authentication mechanisms, and compliance controls.
  • Experience working with REST APIs and microservices-based architectures.
  • Exposure to Dynamics 365 environments is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
