About the Position

Bachelorarbeit – KPI- und OEE-Reporting in der Produktion

Ziel der Arbeit ist die Entwicklung eines Konzepts für ein KPI- und Reporting-System (inkl. OEE) unter Nutzung bestehender Standards und vorhandener Datenquellen.

Responsibilities

• Analyse bestehender KPIs und Datenquellen
• Bewertung und Nutzung vorhandener Standards (z. B. OEE)
• Entwicklung eines strukturierten KPI-Systems
• Konzeption eines Reporting-Ansatzes (Dashboards, Logiken)
• Ableitung von Maßnahmen aus Kennzahlen

Ergebnis:

Ein umsetzbares Konzept als Grundlage für eine spätere technische Implementierung

Requirements

• Studium Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Industrial Engineering, Maschinenbau (Produktion) oder vergleichbar
• Interesse an datengetriebener Produktionssteuerung und KPI-Systemen
• Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
