About the Role and Mission

You will be part of the CRM Strategy & Growth team as an intern, with the goal of supporting automation, system integration, and Artificial Intelligence initiatives, contributing to the productivity gain of teams and the evolution of internal processes. We are looking for someone with an analytical profile, collaborative, and interested in technology, innovation, and continuous improvement, in a dynamic and constantly transforming environment.

Daily Responsibilities

• Develop internal solutions and automations focused on operational efficiency, process optimization, and productivity gain for teams.
• Support the implementation, maintenance, and evolution of AI agents in the area.
• Perform integrations between systems, platforms, and tools through APIs and automated flows.
• Support the construction and maintenance of dashboards and indicators for monitoring results, performance, and decision-making support.
• Provide support to teams in the use of digital tools, automations, and internal technological solutions.
• Collaborate with different areas, contributing to innovation initiatives, digital transformation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Required:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or similar.
• Knowledge of automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or similar.
• Knowledge of programming, API integration, or databases.
• Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis.
• Analytical and organized profile.
• Interest in automation, AI, and continuous process improvement.
• Proactivity in identifying opportunities and proposing solutions.
• Ability to easily learn new tools and technologies.
