About the Role and Mission

You will be part of our IT Internal Audit team and work directly on regulatory projects and those of relevance to the IT environment of Inter&Co, ensuring compliance, process improvement, and efficiency according to applicable legislation and frameworks.

Daily Responsibilities

• Perform mapping of IT processes;
• Support the identification of risks and controls in IT processes;
• Interpret risk and control matrices;
• Conduct control tests (ToD and ToE);
• Contribute with suggestions for improvements to areas aiming to mitigate IT risks;
• Support the preparation of audit reports;
• Monitor the compliance of action plans resulting from audits;
• Support the planning of internal IT audit projects;
• Support the development of automated audit tests.

Requirements

Required:

• Experience in internal or external audit/internal controls/IT risks.
• Experience with evaluations on ITGC controls, automatic or ITDMs.
• Degree in Information Security or related areas.
• Knowledge of COSO, COBIT, NIST, ITIL methodologies.
• Advanced office suite skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Desirable:

• Advanced English.
• Experience in AI/LLM projects.
• Ability to anticipate problems and present structured solutions.
• Familiarity with Jira and AWS environment.
