About the Role and Mission

You will be part of our UX Purchasing Power team and will work directly on account, card, loan, financing, credit, and collection experiences, leading high-complexity deliveries, elevating the design team's quality, and boosting the use of AI to activate and engage customers at Inter.

Daily Responsibilities

• Lead high-complexity deliveries on account, card, and credit journeys.
• Design experiences from discovery to delivery, with design techniques and intentionality in every decision.
• Analyze data and research to propose solutions that increase customer activation and engagement.
• Act as a technical reference for designers, guiding decisions on problem, strategy, flow, and interface.
• Define standards and best practices to ensure consistency across products and squads.
• Build and mature the design processes of the management.
• Apply AI in the design process to gain productivity and quality.
• Interact with Product, Technology, Data, and Business in defining solutions.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Design System.

Requirements

Required:

• Solid experience in UX and Product Design, with involvement in high-complexity projects.
• Experience as a technical reference for other designers.
• Experience with digital products, preferably financial (banking, cards, or credit).
• Systemic vision and analytical capacity to guide decisions by data and product metrics.
• Practical experience with AI applied to the design process.
• Proficiency in Figma, Cursor, Claude Design, and GitHub.
• Ability to influence decisions and act collaboratively across areas.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Desirable:

• Intermediate English.
• Experience with Design System and experience governance.
• Experience in regulated journeys, such as credit, collection, and renegotiation.
• Experience in building products with generative AI.
• Knowledge in agent orchestration, structured prompts, or AI automations.
• Familiarity with development.
• Experience in fintechs or digital banks.
