About the Position
Internal Engagement Manager
We are seeking an Internal Engagement Manager with 3+ years of experience in Employee Experience, Product Management, and Engagement to join our team in Cyprus, Poland, or remotely.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for gamification and recognition programs, driving specialist engagement while strengthening Business group culture and reinforcing the values.
- Design and improve quests, achievements, rewards, and engagement mechanics.
- Develop and optimize the internal recognition framework.
- Analyze user behavior, engagement metrics, and platform adoption.
- Conduct user research and validate new engagement hypotheses.
- Coordinate implementation across Product, Engineering, Design, HR, Internal Communications, and other cross-functional teams.
- Continuously improve gamification mechanics based on data and specialist feedback.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Employee Experience, Product Management, Engagement, Gamification, Internal Communications, Employer Branding, or a related field.
- Gamification Expertise: Strong understanding of gamification principles and mechanics (e.g., quests, achievements, points, levels, leaderboards) and the ability to apply them to drive specialist engagement and support business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Project Management: Experience leading end-to-end initiatives and collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design, HR, and Communications teams to successfully deliver new features, campaigns, or specialist experiences.
- Product Discovery & User Research: Experience conducting specialist research through interviews, surveys, workshops, or feedback sessions, translating insights into product improvements, and validating new ideas through experimentation.
- English: Intermediate+
Nice to Have
- Experience designing loyalty, rewards, or gamification systems.
- Knowledge of behavioral psychology or motivational frameworks.
- Experience with digital platforms and engagement products.
