Internal Engagement Manager

About the Position

We are seeking an Internal Engagement Manager to join our fast-growing business group. This role focuses on communities and CSR initiatives, providing an exciting and challenging opportunity to be part of a multicultural team of top professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale internal communities initiatives.
• Design and improve Community Leader and Ambassador programs.
• Own the roadmap for Communities & CSR initiatives.
• Plan and launch specialist community activities and engagement campaigns.
• Coordinate CSR and volunteering initiatives across the business group.
• Analyze participation, engagement, and community health metrics.
• Gather specialist feedback and continuously improve community programs.
• Cross-functional collaboration across the Business Group to maximize specialist engagement and the impact of initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Community Management, Employee Experience, Internal Communications, CSR, Employer Branding, or a related field.
• Community Building: Proven track record of building, growing, and scaling internal communities, interest groups, or Ambassador/Champion Programs from the ground up.
• CSR & Volunteering Programs: Hands-on experience designing, organizing, and managing corporate social responsibility initiatives, volunteering programs, and charitable campaigns.
• Cross-Functional Project Management: Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate effectively with HR, Compensation & Benefits (C&B), Internal & External Communications, Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful programs.
• English Intermediate+.

• Specialist Benefits Integration: Experience integrating CSR and community initiatives into the specialist benefits offering, such as volunteer days, donation matching, recognition and rewards programs, or similar engagement initiatives.
• Partnerships with Non-Profit Organizations: Experience collaborating with charities, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), or community partners to deliver social impact initiatives.
• Storytelling & Content Creation: Strong storytelling and copywriting skills, with the ability to create engaging content that promotes internal initiatives, inspires participation, and strengthens Business group culture.
