About the Position

Join our team as an Internal Engagement Manager to develop and scale internal communities and CSR initiatives.

Develop and scale internal communities initiatives.
Design and improve Community Leader and Ambassador programs.
Own the roadmap for Communities & CSR initiatives.
Plan and launch specialist community activities and engagement campaigns.
Coordinate CSR and volunteering initiatives across the business group.
Analyze participation, engagement, and community health metrics.
Gather specialist feedback and continuously improve community programs.
Cross-functional collaboration across the Business Group to maximize specialist engagement and the impact of initiatives.

2+ years of experience in Community Management, Employee Experience, Internal Communications, CSR, Employer Branding, or a related field.
Community Building: Proven track record of building, growing, and scaling internal communities, interest groups, or Ambassador/Champion Programs from the ground up.
CSR & Volunteering Programs: Hands-on experience designing, organizing, and managing corporate social responsibility initiatives, volunteering programs, and charitable campaigns.
Cross-Functional Project Management: Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate effectively with HR, Compensation & Benefits (C&B), Internal & External Communications, Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful programs.
English Intermediate+.

Specialist Benefits Integration: Experience integrating CSR and community initiatives into the specialist benefits offering, such as volunteer days, donation matching, recognition and rewards programs, or similar engagement initiatives.
Partnerships with Non-Profit Organizations: Experience collaborating with charities, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), or community partners to deliver social impact initiatives.
Storytelling & Content Creation: Strong storytelling and copywriting skills, with the ability to create engaging content that promotes internal initiatives, inspires participation, and strengthens Business group culture.
