Internal Engagement Manager

About the Position

We are seeking an Internal Engagement Manager to join our multicultural team. This role is remote and based in Cyprus or Poland. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Employee Experience, Internal Communications, Employer Branding, Product Management, Operations, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the corporate merchandise and gifting strategy.
• Manage the roadmap and backlog for merchandise-related initiatives.
• Analyze specialist needs, merchandise adoption, and user feedback to improve the overall experience.
• Design and launch seasonal collections, campaigns, and corporate gifting initiatives.
• Collaborate with Design, Procurement, Logistics, Product, and other stakeholders.
• Integrate merchandise into recognition, gamification, onboarding, and Employee Experience programs.
• Monitor merchandise inventory, supplier performance, production timelines, and distribution processes.
• Analyze key performance metrics and continuously optimize the merchandise portfolio.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience managing merchandise, gifting programs, procurement projects, or physical products.
• 3+ years of experience in Employee Experience, Internal Communications, Employer Branding, Product Management, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills.
• Experience working with vendors or external suppliers.
• English Intermediate+

• Experience with employer branding initiatives.
• Experience in e-commerce or merchandise operations.
• Experience with inventory management.
• Basic design knowledge or collaboration with creative teams.
