What to expect

As an internal sales representative, you are the central point of contact between our customers and the internal sales team. You will process inquiries from customers and our account managers, provide support for technical questions, handle order processing, and assist the sales team with ongoing customer projects. This also includes regular coordination with customers and participation in meetings – whether digital or on-site.

Furthermore, we offer you the opportunity to develop your career in sales, for example, as a Junior Account Manager. If you are interested in developing existing accounts, acquiring new customers, or handling contract negotiations, we will support you with structured onboarding, targeted training, and clearly defined development steps.

Responsibilities

• Creating and following up on quotes
• Central point of contact for sales inquiries
• Coordination, processing, and tracking of customer orders
• Technical support for minor incidents
• Managing and maintaining existing customer relationships
• Recording, maintaining, and updating customer and project data
• Future outlook: Involvement in acquisition, expanding existing accounts, contract negotiations, as well as cross-selling and upselling

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training, ideally in a commercial field
• Initial experience in internal sales or a comparable position is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and a high level of customer orientation
• Independent, structured way of working and team spirit
• Strategic thinking and the motivation to make a real impact
• Technical understanding and interest in the ICT industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common digital tools
