Internship - QHSE Specialist

About the Position

We are looking for an Intern QHSE Specialist to join our team in Salvaterra di Casalgrande, Italy. The intern will support our QHSE team in maintaining and upgrading our quality management systems in compliance with ISO standards (9001, 14001, and 45001), aiming for continuous improvement of our company.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and updating quality documentation, including procedures, operational instructions, forms, and management.
• Assisting in implementing a new company-wide document management system.
• Supporting audit activities in plants and on-site to enhance current documentation.
• Revising existing integrated management system documentation in line with company changes and digitalization efforts.
• Improving department KPI reporting.

Requirements

• Degree in Management Engineering and/or Environmental Engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Strong goal orientation, proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and teamwork abilities.
