Pre Sales Technical Engineer

About the Position

In an effort to reorganize and strengthen the Technical Office, aimed at improving efficiency in the management of preliminary projects and custom solutions, we are looking for a Pre Sales Technical Engineer.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing requests related to special projects and customized solutions, supporting the commercial process from a technical standpoint.

Specifically, they will be involved in:

• Technical analysis of needs: Collecting and analyzing customer requirements, in collaboration with Area Managers, through direct meetings and/or site visits, to correctly define project inputs;

• Definition of technical specifications: Preparing technical documentation to be submitted to the internal team for feasibility analysis and preparation of the necessary data for formulating the commercial offer.

• Technical-commercial interface: Managing the technical relationship between the customer and the company throughout the entire project cycle, from the preliminary phase to the final installation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical analysis of customer needs and requirements
• Prepare technical documentation for feasibility analysis
• Manage technical-commercial relationship with clients
• Support the commercial process from a technical perspective

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Aerospace, or related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics/intralogistics
• Proficiency in CAD 2D/3D parametric tools (preferably PTC Creo)
• Fluency in English
• Willingness to travel occasionally

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of PLM systems
• Experience in companies operating in the automated warehouse sector or industrial systems production

We Offer

• Competitive salary between 40,000 and 60,000 EUR depending on experience and skills
• Full-time position
