About the Position

We are seeking a CFD Engineer to develop and improve designs of unmanned systems and their components in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Responsibilities

Development and improvement of designs for unmanned systems and their components.
Creation and editing of 3D models of parts, assemblies, and components in CAD systems.
Conducting aerodynamic calculations and CFD simulations to evaluate flight characteristics of products.
Optimization of product geometry considering aerodynamic, strength, and manufacturing requirements.
Designing parts for 3D printing, composite manufacturing, and machining technologies.
Preparation of design and technical documentation in accordance with DSTU and ECSS requirements.
Analysis of test results and making changes to the design based on test results.
Participation in flight, bench, and aerodynamic tests of products.
Interaction with production, R&D team, and related engineering departments.
Support of production and control of compliance of manufactured products with design documentation.
Preparation of technical reports on the results of calculations, modeling, and testing.

Higher technical education (aviation technology, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields).
Experience as a design engineer, aerodynamics engineer, or in related positions for at least 2 years.
Practical experience in developing 3D models and design documentation in SolidWorks.
Experience with CFD tools for analyzing and optimizing aerodynamic characteristics of products.
Understanding of aerodynamics, flight mechanics, and unmanned systems design principles.
Knowledge of manufacturing technologies, machining, 3D printing, and composite materials.
Experience in preparing design documentation in accordance with DSTU and ECSS requirements.
Skills in analyzing test results and making changes to product design.
Ability to work in a team and effectively interact with production, R&D, and related departments.
