About the Position

Атлон Авіа, НВП, a leading Ukrainian research and manufacturing enterprise in the field of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), is actively expanding and invites applications for the position of Інженер-технолог (механіка). This role involves the development of interfaces for aviation systems with experience in React and TypeScript.

We are looking for a dedicated engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of technological processes for new projects.

Responsibilities

• Development and Implementation of Technological Processes: Develop and implement technological processes for new projects.
• Model Analysis and Reporting: Analyze models and complete reports with suggestions for the design department.
• Assembly Process Development: Develop the assembly process, including planning the sequence of assembly of parts and nodes, and determining optimal joining methods.
• Quality Control: Ensure quality control during assembly to meet technical requirements.
• Tool and Equipment Selection: Select the necessary tools and equipment for assembly.
• Technological Documentation: Develop technological cards for assembly, instructions for workers, and specifications for assembly, fasteners, and tightening torques.
• Time Norming: Pre-norm the time of production operations during the assembly of the first experimental samples.
• Documentation Updates: After changes in design nodes, verify and update the accuracy of technological documentation.
• Feedback and Recommendations: Provide feedback to technologists and designers about assembly problems and difficulties, and recommend design improvements.
• Design Corrections: Participate in making design changes in case of identified deficiencies or imperfections, often part of the refinement process of experimental samples.

Requirements

• Education: Higher technical education.
• Knowledge: Understanding of production processes (mechanics, assembly, composites, electronics).
• Experience: Experience in creating technological maps and routes.
• Standards and Tolerances: Knowledge of part standards and tolerances.
• Technical Documentation: Ability to work with technical documentation.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in SolidWorks, Excel, Google Docs.
• Skills: Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a systematic approach to work.
• Collaboration: Willingness to work closely with production and the design department.

Nice to Have

• Experience in miltech, aviation, robotics, or manufacturing companies.
