About the Position

We are looking for a VoIP Cisco Engineer to join our team and work on implementing and supporting Cisco IP telephony, video conferencing, and contact center solutions.

Responsibilities

• Participation in projects for the implementation and support of Cisco IP telephony, video conferencing, and contact center solutions.
• Participation in meetings with potential clients to analyze their needs in the field of IP telephony, video conferencing, and contact centers.
• Development of technical solutions in the field of IP telephony, video conferencing, and contact centers.
• Presentation of technical solutions in the field of IP telephony, video conferencing, and contact centers.
• Implementation of technical solutions in the field of IP telephony, video conferencing, and contact centers.
• Development of technical documentation for implemented technical solutions.
• Regular maintenance, troubleshooting, identifying causes, finding ways to eliminate malfunctions or temporary workarounds for Cisco unified communications and contact center systems.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Cisco IP telephony, video conferencing products: CUCM, VCS, CUBE, Voice Gateway.
• Knowledge of VoIP protocols and standards: SIP/H.323, Jtapi, ISDN PRI.
• Knowledge of the architecture of Cisco unified communications solutions.
• Knowledge of IP telephony, video conferencing systems from other manufacturers (Avaya, Asterisk, Polycom, etc.) is welcome.
• Knowledge of Cisco contact centers: UCCX, UCCE is desirable.
• CCNA/CCNP Collaboration certifications are desirable.
• English proficiency at least at an intermediate level.
• Knowledge of related network technologies and IT infrastructure components is desirable.
