About the Position

IT Business Process Analyst

Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Perform Functional and Process Analysis activities, designing solutions aligned with business requirements, business rules, and functional architecture standards;
• Model and improve business processes, providing functional support and collaboration across Business, Development, Testing, and Operations teams throughout solution delivery.

Profile:

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred);
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business or Functional Analysis;
• Strong knowledge of functional analysis techniques, requirements definition, UML, and systems analysis;
• Knowledge of BPMN and conceptual/logical data modelling;
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs;
• Knowledge of Information Management and Power Designer is a plus;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
