About the Role

Working in this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Being an IT Specialist in our Customer Success department, working in a 24/7, 3-shift system, supporting clients from over 170 countries worldwide.
  • Solving configuration issues for our software users.
  • Providing pre-sales and post-sales support to our clients in English and Polish via phone, email, and remote sessions.

Requirements

  • Experience in business customer support (email, phone, remote sessions).
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive energy, diligence, and commitment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Effective time management and technical aptitude.
  • Proficiency in computer use, Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and general IT concepts such as email, internet, and computer networks.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of Exchange Server, Active Directory, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft business applications is a plus.
