Job Description
At CodeTwo, we are looking for a dedicated IT Customer Success Specialist fluent in German to join our team in Jelenia Góra, Poland, or remotely. This role involves providing pre- and post-sales support to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an IT Specialist in our Customer Success department, working in shifts from Monday to Friday (starting between 8:00 and 10:00, depending on the work schedule), with the possibility of working one weekend per month in the future.
- Resolve configuration issues for users of our software.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to our clients in German and Polish via phone, email, and remote sessions.
Requirements
- Experience in business customer support (email, phone, remote sessions).
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Positive energy, diligence, and commitment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities.
- Effective self-organization and technical proficiency.
- Proficiency in computer operation, Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and general IT topics such as email, internet, and computer networks.
- Advanced proficiency in German, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of Exchange Server, Active Directory, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft business applications is a plus.
