About the Position
We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Helpdesk Specialist to join our IT team in Cebu (CEB). At Business-Class, we strive to become the number one choice for all premium-class travelers. Responsibilities
- Install and configure equipment for employee use, ensuring proper setup of operating systems and required software;
- Provide timely technical assistance and support to resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, and hardware;
- Manage access rights and permissions to maintain data security and confidentiality;
- Administer user accounts and objects in Active Directory and Exchange, ensuring accurate and up-to-date configurations;
- Collaborate with suppliers to maintain an organized inventory of IT stock and coordinate procurement activities;
- Maintain and update records of IT assets, ensuring accurate documentation and evidence of asset management;
- Ad hoc tasks.
Requirements
- Graduate of BS Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related courses.
- Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems;
- Familiarity with Active Directory and different virtual environments and their management;
- Knowledge of VLAN organization and implementation;
- Good to have: Experience setting up and managing VPN tunnels for organizational use;
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply;
- At least an intermediate level of English proficiency;
- Can start as soon as possible;
- Willing to work Night Shift.
