About the Position
We are seeking an IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end project lifecycles for IT projects. This role requires 5-7 years of experience and PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to completion for IT-related projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate internal resources and external parties/vendors for seamless project execution.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring minimal impact on project delivery.
- Report and escalate project status to management and stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security protocols, and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business units.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of proven experience in managing IT projects (software, infrastructure, or both).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is highly recommended.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Trello.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English and French or Dutch.
