IT Recruiter

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a liquidity and technology provider specializing in the crypto and foreign exchange industry, we require someone with a strong understanding of the technical skills and expertise needed for this field.

Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and hire top talent for various positions for any business needs of the company (both in tech and finance).
• Evaluate and refine recruitment processes, tools, and strategies to optimize efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
• Review resumes, conduct screenings, and perform initial assessments of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the company.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and remote, with candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, and ensuring timely communication and feedback.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, develop hiring strategies, and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
• Create job descriptions, and post job openings on relevant job boards.
• Collaborate with recruitment agencies.
• Finalizing the interviews with the candidates that had been provided by the recruitment agencies.
• Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary information and resources to integrate into the company successfully.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience in full-cycle IT recruitment, including sourcing, and screening.
• Advanced English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to expand the talent pool and stay updated on industry trends.
• Ability to collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams, including hiring managers, HR professionals, and C-level executives, to achieve shared objectives efficiently and effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the crypto and (FX) industry, including an understanding of the market, trends, and terminology would be a plus.
