IT Recruiter

About the Position

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join Sprint CV, a startup dedicated to helping IT professionals find new challenges in European Institutions such as the European Commission, European Parliament, euLisa, EEAS, Europol, etc. This is a remote-only position based in Brussels, Belgium.

Responsibilities

• Networking with IT professionals on LinkedIn
• Following up on candidates
• Interviewing IT professionals to understand their career goals
• Reviewing and helping IT professionals improve their CVs
• Posting job opportunities on Sprint CV and LinkedIn

Requirements

• A very good level of English (C1)
• Soft skills and a passion for human interaction and understanding people's motivations
• Organized and proactive
• Dynamic and optimistic, viewing any problem as an opportunity
• Willingness to travel and meet different people across Europe
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Good writing skills and content creation experience (added value)
• Previous experience in IT and/or recruitment (added value)
• Ambition and a positive attitude
