IT Solution Architect

About the Position

As an IT Solution Architect, you will work hands-on on the implementation of SCAYLE for our customers, thereby ensuring smooth integration into existing customer systems. Thanks to your experience in software development and software architecture, you communicate on an equal footing with developers and technical managers and translate their requirements.

Responsibilities

• Technical implementation of our solution, also with regard to the compatibility of the requirements with existing systems and guidelines;
• Analysis of processes and system landscapes, through the conception of solution architectures for our customers;
• Translation of complex functional, technical, and business requirements into architectural designs;
• A lot of freedom for the conception of new features for given business requirements;
• The technical interface when migrating existing applications and systems to our AWS-based headless eCommerce infrastructure;
• Passionate representation of all innovative solutions from SCAYLE.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a solution architect (m/f/d) in the e-commerce sector;
• Working knowledge of complex backend infrastructures, microservices, API design, and AWS cloud architectures;
• Familiarity with agile tools and development methodologies;
• Understanding of the mapping of business processes in shop systems;
• A collaborative and consultative way of working and the willingness to tackle tasks hands-on;
• Fluent English skills.

Nice to Have:

• Fluent knowledge of German.
