About the Position

BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a Full Time | On-site "IT Support Specialist" in Belgium.

Locations

• Ghent, Belgium
• Diegem, Belgium
• La Louviere, Belgium

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level onsite IT support to end users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
• Install, configure, and support Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Support business applications and IT-related user issues
• Configure and troubleshoot printers, peripherals, laptops, and desktops
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic remedial troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and provide timely status updates
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors when required
• Support network, server, telecom, and other IT environments as needed

Requirements

• Currently residing in or near Belgium
• Valid Belgium work permit
• Fluent in Local language and good communication skills in English
• Several years of experience in IT user support or service desk environments
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and professionally in an onsite environment
• Availability for a Full-Time On-site role
