About the Position

IT Systemadministrator (m/w/d)

Cyberdyne Informationstechnologie GmbH, a part of the Medialine Group, is seeking a competent and service-oriented IT Systemadministrator to join our team in Cologne, Germany. Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd & 3rd Level-Support for IT infrastructure and applications
• Fully analyze, handle, and resolve IT disruptions and customer inquiries at our clients' sites, remotely from the Cologne office or home office, in close collaboration with the team
• Advise users and provide tailored training on the deployed hardware and software technologies
• Coordinate and support external service providers and suppliers for IT-related requirements
• Conduct IT infrastructure upgrades and migrations
• Plan, configure, and regularly maintain servers, including virtualization environments
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures
• Support our project team in the smooth commissioning of IT systems at our clients
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by adhering to our predefined and defined service standards
• Regularly engage in professional development and certification, independently and with company support

Requirements

• Completed training in the IT field (IT System Electronics, IT Specialist, or similar)
• Professional experience in the mentioned field, ideally with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure
• Knowledge in the Microsoft environment (operating system, Office, etc.), IT Service Management (ITSM tools), and basic knowledge of telecommunications and network technologies
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation
• Team player with motivation and initiative
• Open and enthusiastic about new IT products and industry innovations
• Class B driver's license
