IT Systemadministrator (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Providing 2nd & 3rd Level Support for IT infrastructure and applications
• Comprehensive analysis, handling, and resolution of IT disturbances and customer inquiries at our clients' sites, remotely from the Cologne office or home office, in close collaboration with the team
• Advising users and providing tailored training on the hardware and software technologies used
• Coordinating and supporting external service providers and suppliers for IT-related requirements
• Conducting IT infrastructure upgrades and migrations
• Planning, configuring, and regularly maintaining servers, including virtualization environments
• Documenting system configurations, processes, and procedures
• Supporting our project team in the smooth commissioning of IT systems at our clients
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction by adhering to our predefined and defined service standards
• Regular professional development and certification, independently and with company support

Requirements

• Completed training in the IT sector (IT System Electronics, Information Technology, or similar)
• Professional experience in the aforementioned field, ideally in the area of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure
• Knowledge in the Microsoft environment (operating system, Office, etc.), IT Service Management (ITSM tools), and basic knowledge of telecommunications and network technologies
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation
• Team spirit, motivation, and initiative
• Affinity and openness towards new IT products and the industry
• Class B driver's license
