Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements.
• Design, implement, and optimize integrations (SQL, Python, ETL, shell).
• Install, configure, and deploy analytical applications.
• Create and maintain ETL processes (SQL Server, Oracle).
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and support users.
• Collaborate with development, analytical, and administrative teams.
• Document solutions and instructions.
• Participate in product development by suggesting improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT systems integration and database work.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL and query optimization (PL/SQL, T-SQL).
• Experience with Windows and Linux and ETL tools.
• Scripting skills (Python, bash/shell).
• Practical knowledge of databases: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
• Analytical skills, independence, and problem-solving abilities.
• Communicative proficiency in English (min. B1).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with analytical tools.
• Database certifications.
• Knowledge of cloud environments.
• Experience in enterprise projects and tools like Jira, Confluence.

A. Maintaining the Power Media Candidate Database and conducting recruitment processes: creating your profile in the candidate database, evaluating qualifications, matching your candidacy with job offers from our clients (including the recruitment you are applying for), and maintaining contact.
Legal basis: Your voluntary consent to be included in the candidate database (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
Retention period: 24 months from the date of application or until you withdraw your consent.

B. Formal verification of candidate availability with the Client: providing the Client with a minimal set of data (e.g., name and surname) to exclude situations where you have previously applied to this Client or with another agency.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest of ours and the Client's Agency (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) to verify the absence of disputes and avoid duplication of candidate applications.
Retention period: For the time necessary to complete the verification.

C. Submission of the full application to a specific Employer: sending your CV to a selected Client after verifying their identity and obtaining your confirmation of interest in participating in the process with that specific employer.
Legal basis: Your separate consent indicating the specific employer by name (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
Retention period: Until the application is submitted to the Client (further retention by the Client is governed by its own personal data protection policy).

D. Defense against claims and dispute resolution: legal protection of the Company related to the provision of recruitment services.
Legal basis: Our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
Retention period: Until the expiration of any potential claims under the law.

Voluntary nature of data provision:

Providing personal data is entirely voluntary, but necessary to register a profile in the Power Media candidate database and present your candidacy to potential employers. You can withdraw your consent at any time (e.g., by sending an email to [email protected]), which does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal.

Data recipients:

Your personal data may be disclosed to:

1. Agency Clients (Potential Employers): in a minimal scope (name and surname) to verify the absence of duplicate applications (based on our legitimate interest), and in full CV scope - only after disclosing the full name of the Client and obtaining separate consent. From the moment of transferring full data, the Client becomes an independent controller of your personal data.
2. Technology service providers: entities processing data on our behalf (e.g., recruitment management system providers - ATS, hosting, and email).
3. State authorities: institutions authorized by law.

Candidate rights

You have the right to access your data, correction, deletion ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Profiling and international transfers

As part of the candidate database, the Company may use ancillary profiling (evaluation of skills, education, and experience against criteria specified in client job offers). This profiling does not produce any legal effects on you and does not make fully automated decisions (the final decision to contact is always made by the recruiter). Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
