Responsibilities

• Identify and define business needs and goals.
• Research, analyze, and process large volumes of data, transforming them into valuable business insights.
• Interact with clients, product, and engineering teams.
• Apply business analysis and product analysis methods and approaches.
• Formulate product requirements.
• Create automated dashboards and reports for better understanding of key company indicators using BI and analytical tools.
• Perform specialized analytical queries to transform data into useful information.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar fields.
• Minimum English proficiency at B2 level.

Necessary Skills

• Practical experience with at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Experience with DBMS (PostgreSQL or others).
• Experience with SQL.
• Knowledge of data warehouses and ETL.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Clear understanding of the principles and specifics of software development methodologies (SDLC).
• Ability to identify and document user requirements (basic understanding of artifacts such as user stories, use case scenarios, and SRS).
• Communication and negotiation skills for establishing and maintaining good working relationships with external organizations and internal clients.
• Time management skills.
• Knowledge of requirements management tools: Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.

Nice to Have

• Practical experience with Python 3 (Pandas, Numpy, etc.).
• Experience with Git/VCS.
• Understanding of data intelligence analysis methods, practical knowledge of statistical methods (correlation, regression, cluster analysis, K-means, decision trees, etc.).
• A/B testing techniques.
