About the Position

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager (m/w/d) AI & Data Analytics to optimize our processes in Augsburg.

Responsibilities

• Utilize modern AI tools (e.g., CursorAI, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini) in daily work for analysis, conception, and process automation.
• Analyze and visualize data using tools like Tableau and Grafana, and derive concrete action recommendations.
• Quickly understand complex relationships, derive actionable insights from data, and develop pragmatic solutions for continuous process optimization.
• Work confidently with IT teams and external partners, quickly grasp new technical topics, and align different requirements effectively.
• Maintain strong command of both German and English in both written and spoken forms.

Requirements

• AI-supported work: Proficiency in using modern AI tools in daily tasks.
• Data Analytics: Experience in data analysis and visualization, and deriving actionable insights.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to quickly understand complex relationships and develop practical solutions.
• Technical Understanding & Collaboration: Ability to work confidently with IT teams and external partners.
• Language Skills: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
