Responsibilities

• Accounting & Provision Management: You control and optimize billing, tariff, and commission processes as well as debtor business transactions and ensure high data quality.
• Forecasts & Management Reporting: You participate in forecasts, revenue planning, and the creation of ad-hoc analyses, providing decision-making bases for management.
• Controlling & Performance Analysis: You create, analyze, and optimize controlling reports, KPIs, and dashboards (e.g., in Tableau) and support corporate steering with in-depth analyses.
• Data Analysis & Process Optimization: You analyze data, develop forecasting models further, and identify optimization potentials for processes and the tariff portfolio.
• Collaboration & Development: You accompany controlling projects, work closely with various departments, and contribute your own ideas for optimizing processes and reporting structures.

Requirements

• Education: You have a completed degree, ideally with an economic background (Controlling, Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics).
• Smart Problem Solving: Your quick comprehension and structured approach get you to the goal even with complex tasks.
• Affinity for Numbers: You enjoy working with numbers, analyze relationships, and derive well-founded insights from them.
• Interest in AI: You use modern AI tools to independently automate small tasks or even generate code – even if you are not a developer (m/w/d).
• Analytical and Strategic Thinking: A pronounced conceptual understanding, solution orientation, and a high quality standard characterize you.
• Drive and Communication: In a dynamic environment, you keep track, work in a structured manner, and actively contribute in the team.
• Hands-on Mentality: You have a pronounced intrinsic motivation and willingness to engage.
• Language Skills: You are fluent in German and English in speech and writing.
