Responsibilities

• Teamwork: From day one, you will be actively involved in our mobile team in Cologne and work closely with other product managers, software developers, and CHECK24-wide experts (e.g., for UX, UI, and Data Science).
• Feature Development: You will independently develop concepts and designs for our mobile comparison and continuously improve our websites and apps in terms of usability, quality, and functionality.
• AI Focus: Using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Figma Make, you will develop innovative features and apply AI specifically in solutions for our customers.
• Agile Work: You will take over project management from the idea through conception to go-live. In close cooperation with the IT team, you will control implementation and testing.
• Performance & SEA in Focus: You will analyze the performance of our digital products and our SEA campaigns (primarily Google) based on relevant KPIs and derive measures to increase reach, conversion, and user experience.
• Keeping an Eye on Changes: You will regularly analyze key figures and interpret A/B tests in a targeted manner. You will keep an eye on the competition and technological trends to recognize potential for further development at an early stage.

Requirements

• Education: You have a very well-completed degree in Business Administration/Economics, Computer Science, Marketing, Human-Machine Interaction, Economic Psychology, or similar.
• Practical Experience: You have initial professional experience in product management/as a product owner or in a comparable analytical activity.
• Agile Work: You are familiar with agile methods and tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
• Interest in AI: You are fascinated by new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Prompt Engineering, and AI-supported product development – ideally, you have already used some tools yourself.
• Creative Mind: You have a good eye for graphically harmonious and functional presentations. Knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, UXPin, or Sketch is advantageous.
• Performance Marketing: Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in the field of SEA and have an interest in data-driven marketing.
• Analytical & Strategic Thinking: A pronounced conceptual understanding, solution orientation, and a high quality standard characterize you.
• Drive & Communication: In a dynamic environment, you keep an overview, work structured, and actively contribute to the team.
• Language Skills: You are fluent in German and English in speech and writing.
