About the Position
UncleSolutions is an IT company focused on accelerating the professional growth of engineers. We help developers progress from Junior to Middle and Senior levels by working on challenging and complex products.
We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer (React/Node.js) with at least 6 months of commercial experience, B2+ English, and a strong desire to grow rapidly as a professional.
You should be ready to actively learn, work with experienced mentors, develop both your hard and soft skills, and, if required, register as a sole proprietor (FOP) or work under a B2B model.
If you want to go beyond typical junior-level responsibilities and are aiming for a fast transition to a Middle/Senior position, we are definitely on the same page.

Requirements
At least 6 months of commercial experience with React and Node.js.
English level B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.
Strong motivation to learn quickly and master new technologies.
FOP registration or willingness to work under a B2B model.
A desire to go beyond typical tasks and grow professionally.
Compensation & Career Growth
We provide a stable flow of projects and a clear career growth path:
1st year: $1,000–$1,500 per month
2nd year: $1,500–$2,100 per month
