About the Position

We are UncleSolutions — a company that prepares IT specialists for real-world careers in the tech industry. We train candidates, help them strengthen their practical and technical skills, work with real-world cases and market requirements, and support candidates throughout the entire job search process.

Our team helps candidates prepare for technical interviews, improve their CVs and professional profiles, and, after they get hired, supports their integration into partner companies' teams, ensuring a smooth and effective start in their new role.

We are currently looking for a Recruiter / Career Coordinator who will directly contribute to the successful employment of our candidates.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from candidate preparation and assessment to successful placement.

• Actively search for relevant job opportunities for our specialists through LinkedIn, job boards, direct outreach, and other channels.

• Support candidates throughout their job search and communication with employers.

• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' soft skills and basic technical skills.

• Work with various recruitment tools and gradually develop a strong understanding of the IT job market.

About You

• Strong soft skills: communication, responsibility, and openness.

• Basic understanding of IT roles such as Frontend, Backend, and Full Stack.

• Ability to listen, analyze information, and ask the right questions.

• Willingness to learn and develop quickly in recruitment.

• English level B2+ or higher.
