We are looking for a Junior Project Manager with at least 6 months of commercial experience, B2+ English, and a strong desire to grow quickly in IT project management.
You should be ready to actively learn, work with experienced mentors, improve your hard and soft skills, and, if required, register as a sole proprietor (FOP) or work under a B2B model.
If you want to work on interesting IT products, develop under the guidance of experienced professionals, and quickly progress to a Middle/Senior level, we are definitely on the same page.

Requirements
At least 6 months of commercial experience as a Project Manager.
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience working with Jira (Confluence is a plus).
Understanding of Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
Ability to plan team activities, prioritize tasks, and monitor their execution.
Experience communicating with stakeholders and coordinating teams.
English level B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.
Strong motivation for professional growth.
FOP registration or willingness to work under a B2B model.
Nice to Have
Technical background in Development or QA.
Experience creating technical documentation (User Stories, Use Cases, technical specifications).
Experience working with Slack, Figma, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
Experience optimizing business processes or working with BPMN tools.
Experience working with international teams.
