Strong Junior Full Stack Engineer (React.js, Node.js)

About the Position

We are currently expanding our development team with a proactive, team-oriented, and motivated Junior Full Stack Engineer willing to keep growing their skills and expertise. Join us in Lviv, Ukraine, or work fully remotely.

Project

We are developing a single-page application that enables home seekers, renters, and realtors to receive recommended prices for their real estate or to compare whether they are renting real estate at a reasonable price.

Technologies: React, NodeJS, ExpressJS, MongoDB, WordPress, SCSS

Our team: 1 Full Stack Developer, 1 UI/UX Designer, 1 QA, 1 PM

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a single-page application using React.js and Node.js
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement scalable backend services
• Ensure the application is robust, maintainable, and efficient

Requirements

Tech Skills

• 1-1.5 years of experience working with React.js
• 1-1.5 years of experience working with Node.js
• Good knowledge in JavaScript (ES7), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with Express
• Version Control (GIT)
• Working knowledge of NoSQL database (MongoDB)
• Upper intermediate English level (speaking & writing)

Soft Skills

• Ability to work closely with customers in analyzing software requirements
• Keen to constantly learn and improve your own skills, and not afraid to learn new things
• Strong communication skills

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools
• Experience with Jest
• Experience with WordPress
